Whether you're a fan or not, this calendar looks beautiful and has direct quotes from the songs on each month along with the actor that sung them. This also includes the last 4 months of 2016 (all on 1 page). If you're looking for a piece of this beautiful musical, don't throw away your shot on getting this calendar.

Awesome calendar for Hamilton fans. Added bonus that I didn't realize before purchase: Not only does it contain the usual holiday markers (Labor Day, Christmas, President's Day, etc.), but important Hamiltonian dates are also marked (the birthdays and deathdays of Hamilton, Washington, Burr, etc., Alexander and Eliza's anniversary, and so on).

I was a little disappointed, given that there was a lot of writing in it. I wanted to use it to learn ICD-10, but there are so many pages where questions are already answered, it's not possible....it is just a reference now. The price was great the delivery time was great.

About the Author
Averill Law is President of Averill M. Law & Associates, Inc. (Tucson, AZ), a company specializing in simulation training, consulting, and software. He was previously Professor of Decision Sciences at the University of Arizona and Associate Professor of Industrial Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has a Ph.D. and an M.S. in industrial engineering and operations research from the University of California at Berkeley, an M.A. in mathematics from California State University at Long Beach, and a B.S. in mathematics from Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Law has been a simulation consultant to organizations such as Accenture, ARCO, Boeing, Booz Allen & Hamilton, Defense Modeling and Simulation Office, Hewlett-Packard, Kaiser Aluminum, Kimberly-Clark, M&M/Mars, Navy Modeling and Simulation Office, SAIC, Sandia National Labs, Swedish Defence Material Adminstration, and Xerox. He has presented more than 400 simulation short courses in 17 countries, including in-house seminars for ALCOA, AT&T, Boeing, Caterpillar, Coca-Cola, CSX, GE, GM, IBM, Intel, Lockheed Martin, Los Alamos National Lab, Missile Defense Agency, Motorola, NASA, National Security Agency, Nortel, Northrop Grumman, 3M, Time Warner, UPS, US Air Force, US Army, US Navy, Whirlpool, and Xerox. He is the developer of the ExpertFit distribution-fitting software, which automates the selection of simulation input probability distributions. ExpertFit is used by more than 2000 organizations worldwide. He also developed the videotapes Simulation of Manufacturing Systems and How to Conduct a Successful Simulation Study. Dr. Law is the author (or coauthor) of three books and numerous papers on simulation, operations research, statistics, manufacturing, and communcations networks. His article "Statistical Analysis of Simulation Output Data" was the first invited feature paper on simulation to appear in a major research journal. His series of papers on the simulation of manufacturing systems won the 1988 Institute of Industrial Engineers' best publication award. During his academic career, the Office of Naval Research supported his simulation research for 8 consecutive years. He was President of the INFORMS College on Simulation. He wrote a regular column on simulation for Industrial Engineering during 1990 and 1991. He has been the keynote speaker at simulation conferences worldwide.

5-stars; like a good prostate exam

This was a tough one to rate... Amazon has a qualitative equivalent for each star rating level; 1-star is "I hate it", 2-stars is "I don't like it", 3-stars is "It's okay", 4-stars is "I like it", and 5-stars is "I love it". This qualitative equivalent sometimes puts me at odds on how I want to rate something. I'll try to give an example of something that is more common to people than a sim book. I'm a guy and I'm at the age where I'm *supposed* to go in for a yearly check-up. As part of this yearly check-up the doctor sticks his finger in your rectum to help determine if you have prostate problems. Now let's say I have word renowned doctor that is an expert in determining prostate problems and he performs this activity, and let's say he does a 5-star job. Do I now have to say that I loved this procedure? So most of you can now see the conundrum here. To say I loved this book would be like saying I love having someone stick their finger in my rectum to inspect my prostate. On the other hand, this is a great analogy to me for reading mathematically intensive books. They were necessary for my education and the knowledge I obtained from them continues to be necessary for my career. So when I give this book a 5-star review, it is not because I love this book, it is because this book does a good job at setting out to convey knowledge about simulation modeling and analysis concepts.

Btw, this book is very mathematically intensive (for me anyway); especially in terms of statistical analysis. In my career I work around a lot of physics based simulations and "entity-level" simulations for defense related scenarios, so I had some misconceptions about the class that I used this book in. However, it was required for my Masters degree, so sometimes you have to just have to bend over and start reading.

Warning: Special Indian Edition

It is not stated in the description, but this book is the "Special Indian Edition" for sale in India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Bhutan only. The contents are in English, but I have no idea if the material is the same as the standard edition.

One of the best resources for actual spoken Irish

If you want to learn actual Irish as it is spoken and not the standard (which isn't spoken -anywhere- except by non-natives), this is one of the two best books. This text teaches Irish as spoken in Cois Fharraige, in the Connemara Gaeltacht. It is very thorough and can come off as dry and academic, but is still one of the best resources for actual Irish if the learner is willing to put the time in.

For Munster Irish, the 1961 version of Teach Yourself Irish cannot be beaten. It teaches West Cork Irish from native speakers, and can be found online (it's out of copyright) with audio here: [...]

If you wish to learn Ulster Irish, I don't know many beginner resources for you, but I have heard that Bunt�s na Gaeilge, offered free on Dr. Barbara Hillers' website, is a good start: [...]

Excellent resource for new learner

I had the book without the dvd and found the phonetics hard to follow. The dvd really helps with that. This book...along with several online sites like abair.tcd.ie are making learning to read and speak Irish possible.

Looks good

This is a correction to another review I wrote that mistakenly referred to a different (cassette tape) product. I've skimmed the book and listened to a bit of the DVD and it looks to be a very thorough system. I think it will be very helpful in learning a bit of Irish before a trip to northwestern Ireland next year.

Try it! You'll Love the Results You Get!

You've got to get 31 Days to Build a Better Relationship and try it out now! I think Clinton's provided the most important and effective tips for having a great relationship in an easy to read and easy to use format. Who doesn't want a more satisfying and enjoyable relationship? I found 31 Days to be very user friendly because Clinton's style is so clear and straightforward. I can see somebody using it starting with Day 1 and going day by day through to Day 31, but I skipped around. Nice to have these different options without compromising the results. And, I did get results!
The thing I like best about this book 31 Days to Build a Better Relationship is that within 10 minutes after starting to read it, I also started using it! Not that I have lots of complaints, but....I tried out his recommendations from Day 5: How to Complain Constructively to Your Partner and experienced the difference it made. In general, the communication tips are invaluable: a good reminder that I need to brush up my communication skills.
Clinton's sections on media are a unique contribution and are timely. Definitely good to be more aware of how I'm using media and taking to heart how it might impact my relationships. The Day 8: Online Communication Mistakes to Avoid, Day 26: 9 Way Couples can Avoid Social Media Suicide and Day 27: The Disturbing Effects of Technology on Your Relationship were insightful and a Digital Detox sounds like a good idea. I think I'll do that today!

A great read that makes a difference.

I've loved reading 31 days!

Easy to read and digest. I love the '31 days' aspect as I only need to concentrate on a small chunk of great advice at a time.

Being an easy read, doesn't mean that the book doesn't offer wonderful long term strategies though. It's filled with some great stuff. I'm fortunate enough to be in a good relationship, but I found that this book certainly opened my eyes on how I can build on what we have, to ensure it's even greater.

Looking forward to continuing to put the suggestions into practice.
